// GEO — Generative Engine Optimization
When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini about your niche, does your brand show up? Mencify measures that, shows where competitors are getting cited (and where you're not), and gives actionable recommendations to change the result. Brazil and LATAM-first.
No install. No site plugin. You name the brand to monitor and Mencify does the rest — asks the four leading AI engines, parses the answers, identifies mentions, positions, citations, and produces a report on what to change.
You point at your brand, main competitors and up to 5 representative prompts for your niche ("best CRM for freelancers", "Brazilian alternative to Notion"). Portuguese or English.
Each prompt is dispatched in parallel to ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Gemini. Aggressive Redis caching avoids redundant cost. BullMQ workers run on K3s and aggregate the result in seconds.
PDF and dashboard showing: where you're cited, position in the list, sentiment (positive/neutral/negative/absent), source citations, and actionable steps to gain visibility — generated by an LLM, not from a template.
The category — GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization — is new but the space already has tools (Otterly, Peec AI, Profound). All US/EU-first in English. Mencify was built PT-BR-first with SMB pricing and focuses on the gap: actionable recommendations, not just dashboards.
ChatGPT (GPT-4o), Claude (Haiku 4.5), Grok 3 Mini and Gemini 2.5 Flash with grounded search. Adding a new engine is one line of config — not a redesign.
Each registered brand is re-audited every day (Pro) or every month (Free). You see the curve over time: up, down, flat. Alerts when position changes.
DIFFERENTIATORIt's not just "you weren't mentioned". It's "publish this kind of page, on these topics, on domains with this authority — because that's what the engines are citing as source".
Every mention comes with the source the engine cited: blog, Reddit, ranking, comparison. Knowing where to appear is half of GEO.
Get an emailed PDF with the month's evolution, competitor comparison, gains/losses and next month's playbook. Ready to show clients or executives.
Up to 5 competitors per brand. Mencify shows side-by-side: who gets cited more often, which prompts you lose, which you win — broken out per engine.
Showing up isn't enough — you need to show up well. Each mention is classified as positive, neutral or negative, with the exact snippet so you can rebut (or amplify).
Audits can run in Portuguese (BR/LATAM market) or English (global). Competitors are EN-only. For Brazilian brands, that makes a big difference in accuracy.
PROVersioned REST endpoints (/v1/audits/*) to pull data into internal dashboards, automations or in-house agency tools.
The GEO category already exists abroad — at a US$ 100-500/month floor. Mencify was designed to fit a freelancer, small agency or solo SaaS budget: starts free, moves to Pro when it earns its keep, Agency when it becomes revenue.
// initial pricing — subject to adjustment at launch. Waitlist members lock the price for 12 months.
Direct competitors set the frame — and the bar for what's missing in the market: BR pricing, PT-BR focus, and recommendations that tell you what to do, not just what's happening.
Mencify is built by HPS Software with the same stack we use for our own products and for clients: end-to-end TypeScript, reproducible infra, observability from day 1, LGPD non-optional. Phase 1 (foundations) is already deployed on our VPS — the mencify-api and mencify-worker pods are running on K3s.
Registering a brand means handing over a competitive advantage. Mencify was designed so that brand data — and the emails from free audits — are handled per LGPD (Brazil's GDPR equivalent) at the schema level, not as a clause stapled on later.
Industry-standard hashing, no childish "1 capital 1 number" rules. DB-backed sessions with secret rotation every 6 months. Brute-force blocked at the rate limiter.
The /v1/privacy/delete-me endpoint wipes everything within 15 days. Anonymous audits have a 90-day max retention by default. Logs anonymize IP and email.
No Meta pixel, no fingerprinting, no ad networks watching your usage. Internal-only tracking, anonymized, kept off Cloudflare.
HSTS, CSP default-src 'none', frame-ancestors none, X-Content-Type-Options. TLS terminates at Cloudflare. Daily encrypted backups to R2.
Mencify isn't open to the public yet — Phase 1 (infra) shipped, Phase 2-5 (LLM pipeline, frontend, billing) is in progress. Joining now locks the initial pricing for 12 months after launch and grants 30 days of complimentary Pro on day one.
