Yes. HPS SOFTWARE LTDA (Brazilian Reg. 47.172.959/0001-78) is a registered company based in Passo Fundo / RS. We issue invoices (NFS-e), sign digital contracts with IP assignment and NDA if needed. International clients: wire transfer accepted.
We offer monthly maintenance contracts (bug fixes, minor improvements, monitoring, deploys). We also handle feature evolutions as short sprints. If you want to take it in-house, we do documented handover.
R$ 1,000 for pointed fixes (existing site, simple integration). For building from scratch, R$ 15k is the realistic entry point (mobile MVP or lean SaaS). If your budget doesn't fit the scope, we'll say so transparently in the first reply.
Fixed project with milestones. You approve scope and budget before we start and pay per delivery (typically 30% start, 40% mid, 30% delivery). For long projects, monthly billing per sprint. No surprises — you know the total before we start.
