// Performance V-twin
A complete programmable engine management system — ECU, digital dashboard, app and cloud — built from the ground up for Harley and custom V-twin engines. Built in Brazil, dialed in for the strip. Not for sale yet: join the waitlist to secure priority on the first batch.
On one side, flashers and piggybacks locked to the stock ECM. On the other, generic standalone ECUs built for cars, where the V-twin is a second-class citizen. Pistonix is born in the middle: standalone depth, vertical V-twin focus, and local support in Portuguese.
Power Vision, Fuelpak, TTS Mastertune. They tweak whatever the stock Delphi ECM allows — no dedicated display, no deep control of custom turbo or nitrous setups.
FuelTech, Haltech, Link, MoTeC. Powerful, but the V-twin is the exception: no Harley-specific support, no curated basemaps, no Brazilian community around it.
Sequential fuel and ignition, boost and nitrous control, cluster integration, ready-made basemaps for Twin Cam, Sportster, M8 and custom builds — and support in Portuguese.
Five pieces that talk to each other: the ECU runs the engine, the Dash shows it on the bike, Ride takes it to your phone, the Tuner calibrates on PC and Garage stores everything in the cloud. Shared types end to end — what the firmware computes, the app sees.
Sequential fuel and ignition, asymmetric 45° V-twin timing solved in firmware, closed-loop AFR with wideband, boost control, internal datalogger and a robust limp mode. STM32 Cortex-M7, firmware in Rust.
4" capacitive touch digital cluster, boot in under 1 second, configurable gauges, critical alerts and Street/Track/Race modes. Talks to the ECU over CAN bus at 500kbps.
iOS and Android app: live gauges over BLE, GPS race telemetry, push alerts and one-tap map switching. No subscription — use it as long as you own Pistonix hardware.
Desktop tuning software (Windows, macOS, Linux). 2D/3D map editor, datalog viewer with overlays and firmware flashing over a USB cable. Same calculation core as the firmware.
A backend that keeps versioned tune backups, distributes per-engine basemaps, ingests post-session telemetry and enables OTA + remote support. Hosted in Brazil (LGPD).
Ready-made tunes for common setups — stock, slip-on, big-bore and basic turbo — starting with Twin Cam, with Sportster, M8 and custom builds arriving in later waves.
The lineup starts with the Forge (Twin Cam commercial pilot) and climbs to the Quarter, a race-only drag ECU. The figures below are pre-MVP estimate ranges, anchored to comparable products in the Brazilian V-twin aftermarket — not final prices. Formal pre-orders open once the Forge is validated on a real bike (Phase 7 of the roadmap).
The entry point. Sequential fuel and ignition, closed-loop AFR, boost control and datalogger. Commercial pilot focused on Twin Cam 2004-2016, with Sportster, Evo and Shovelhead on the roadmap.
$900 – $1,160 (est.) Includes Tuner license + Garage accessTop of the line. Ride-by-wire with redundant TPS, per-cylinder knock, 2-stage nitrous, water-methanol and flex fuel. HDLAN passthrough keeps the Milwaukee-Eight's stock cluster and ABS working.

Free with hardware Data hosted in BrazilPistonix is vertical by design: 32-2 trigger, 45° geometry, asymmetric sequencing and engine-specific basemaps. Twin Cam is the commercial pilot; the other platforms arrive in waves as the firmware matures.
Pistonix is under active development — the cloud backend and the institutional site are already live; firmware, dashboard and app are still on the bench. The product is not for sale yet.
